Hi guys
i am new into this field, i have gone through lots of forums here and found that people recommended Steve's "From 0 to 260+ Properties in 7 Years" I have bought this book and still reading it.
could you guys please suggest what are other good books or online material, which explains all about tax CGT, -ve gearing trusts funds etc so i can lay a proper foundation before jumping into this field.
Also please suggest what other things i need to be aware off

I was told once that the best recommendation this guy received was to buy 2yrs of back issues of Australian Property Investor and read them cover to cover.
It's a start
The Property Puzzle: covers some complex issues re tax, trusts, finance etc
Micheal Yardney’s books cover the basics pro capital gains in inner cities
Margaret lomas’ books are easy reading pro positive cash flow properties
Start with these but any book on property investing is worth it, and don’t forget you can get them from the library for free!
Also ebay often has great bargains on second hand books.
And definately get a subsription to API magazine!Maybe skip this months copy of API cos i am in it.

API is always a fantastic resource guys, might take a little hunting for the applicable articles but well worth the effort. Last months issue has a great article on Negative gearing v Positive Cash flow.
" How to Legally Reduce Your Tax " Chan/Melvin is a good read, just skip the chapter on their PIT.
