I have built a house and have been living in there for nearly 6 months using the FHBG and wanting to now purchase an investment property.

Browsing through threads on here and reading heaps of property magazines, I am leaning to be a stay and hold investor.

I am from the Westside of Melbourne and was wondering if anyone can recommend an excellent property-specific accountant (I have never used an accountant before).
Will I also need to seek a financial planner or would an account be sufficient (all in one job).

    Thank you,

    Hi tigermiger

The "excellent property-specific" specialists you're looking for are very definitely available to you via the "Finance" sub-forum here.  I'd certainly be talking with these guys first.

    Cheers,  Paul

    Thank you Paul..

I have searched through past posts and it appears http://www.lanteri.com.au/ and http://www.gatherumgoss.com/about-gatherum-goss/our-locations/ are recommeneded.
