    Hi guys,

I'm looking to do a 6 unit development in Brisbane, Chermside.
Plans are approved and block of land is under contract, subject to costings being viable.

I'm currently doing a duplex development in Sydney, where I'm located, and won't be able to run this project myself.
So, am in need of a project manager.

Can anybody provide any references to a project manager who could run this job.
Is it the project manager who can provide accurate projected costings to complete the project, or do I have to source build costs independently?

    Thanks

    Cheers,

    Hi Gambler
Send me a PM and I can give you the name of someone great who specialises in these things, as well as being a brilliant design consultant for townhouses.
    Happy to assist.

    Matt.
