Hi,
I have very little knowledge about land rezoning. Wish guru can share some knowledge. Thanks in advance.
Recently the council changed R code of my property from R20 to R20/R30. My property is about 735 sqm. The information sheet from the council states the averagely 450 sqm required for R20 and 300 sqm required for R30.
Since my property size is just under 750 sqm , I just wonder if it is still possible for two dwellings?
