    Hi,

We are looking at purchasing housing commission home for quick tidy up ie paint, carpet, kitchen etc. To sell straight away. We would be purchasing this via auction.

Has anyone completed any of these deals?  Any tips or advice?

    Thanks

If the hot water service is a gas hot water instantaneous service and it is installed inside the house it may need to be moved to the outside of the house by requirement of law .

Make sure you also do staging when you sell as it will increase the selling price.
