Hi,
Is there any lender who would lend 95% + LMI for a PROP? This unit is in a complex consisting of 3 buildings with each building having 10 levels and 8 units in each level. The size of the unit is greater than 100 sqm including balcony and car space.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes there is but you need to have excellent credit & employment history and genuine savings for the balance.

Suncorp is one of the few banks…. Bankwest also claim this as their niche….
Suncorp has already said they would consider it as high density. Any other lenders.I have a good employment and savings history
