Hi, I have two questions –

    1. How do I increase my borrowing power?
    2. If we set up a company as the entity to invest through, does that company need to be trading prior to owning property?

    Thanks
    Markemark

    1. Only two ways really
     – earn more
     – owe less

    2. no. in fact lenders may be reluctant to lend to a trading entity because of the added risk.
