    Hey Guys,

    Just wondering if anyone heard whats happening to a shopping centre at Wolli Creek? or when its gonna be built.

    I heard Ikea is on its way around Tempe?

    Ikea's new ground at Tempe is already being excavated.

    The proposed Wolli Creek shopping centre is just going to be smallish one with a groceries supermarket and a few other shops.

    The Wolli Creek precinct has about 2000 units, and there are 50 of them for sale at any one time. If I were you, I'll stay away. :)
    It's another Victoria Park (Alexandria) albeit not as posh.

    Does anyone think a unit in Victoria Park is a good investment? (I'll stay away from VicPark too but I'd like to hear from people who think otherwise)
