    Hi all,

I am about to renovate and upgrade an 8 unit block of units with practically new everything! The kitchens need to be refurbed, the bathrooms refurbed, new floor and fittings, etc.

I was interested to know if anyone had any contacts in the Sydney area in regards to getting appliances, etc?

Any ideas would be very helpful… thanks again.

Simply by doing 8 at a time you should be able to negotiate pretty substantial discounts using "normal" suppliers. If you are reasonably fastidious in documenting your requirements it's a simple matter of faxing/emailing as many suppliers as need be and entering into a little competition.
