I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice ,
I Want to get into developing property and learn the ropes , I have a sound knowledge of the principles.
I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a type of development which would be good for a beginner
eg buy a house on a big block and build a unit at the back , something not to complex for a beginner ,
any advice would be much appreciated or if anyone would like to tell their story on their first development and how it went for them that would be great ,

Please do a search on subdivision, development, building units etc as you will get stacks of info.
