    Hi Guys,

    I currently have one investment property in QLD and am intending on buying quite a few more over the next two years. My question is should I set up a Pty LTD? And if so why?

    Companies do not receive the 50% CGT discount. So it is generally not recommended that they be used to own assets that appreciate.

    Look at using a discretionary trust.
