    Richard Carter is a third generation Real Estate agent!  Being very involved in the real estate industry becoming State Presdent of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 1992 – 93 and his influence within the REIV continued with his roles as Chairman of the Institute's Town Planning, Legisaltion and Documentation Committees means that Richard has a LOT of expertise in real estate.

    With this knowledge and experience, Richard will share with us town planning issues (past and present), consumerism, buyer behaviour plus so much more.
