Hi all, that is the question. Green or Strata Title?
I recently purchased a subdividable property in the suburbs of outer Perth. A buy/reno/subdivide/sell project.
I am at the stage of having c/o the feature survey and before the plans are submitted, I wanted to get some advice.
Having never done this before, I'm uncertain which way to go, as there are pros and cons of both directions.
Part of me says go "Green" as it has more sell appeal. Then the other part of me says go Strata as it is a more cost effective and simpler process.
If i could garantee an increased sale price going with the green title, then i'd be prepared to take the more complicated and costly approach. I've also considered the likelyhood of on-selling quicker, hence reducing holding costs.
I would appreciate any feedback from those who have come up against the same isues.
    Thanks very much
