Things to look out for when Buying at Auction.

Hi all,

I have question/s in regards to buying
property at auction. Would appreciate all your
inputs/experience with this.

– does the vendor have to supply structural/pest
control reports prior to auction? (or is this
purchasers responsibility?)

– what if anything else should I be looking out
for prior to bidding on an interested property?

I'm new to all of this and wold appreciate anyone's
expert input.
