    Hi again everyone,
    Thanks for taking time to check out my thread, i hope everyone has some thoughts to pitch in and help keep the wheels of motivation turning! I hope this is the appropriate thread to post my topic in.

    My question(s)to the masses;
    -What are the major upsides to investing in property in Australia?
    – are people still making a living, through wise and frequent investments?
    -is positive cashflow a thing of the past, or back and readily available?
    – With trading, do things like stamp duty and associated costs eat so much of the profits that its no longer worth while?
    Basically, is property investment still the way to build wealth if one is hungry enough and has a solid knowledge base?

    i believe so, but the more i begin to understand the way the financial side works the more costs associated with acquiring properties i seem to stumble upon. i am very interested to hear everyones thoughts and i hope the questions asked aren’t to boring, thank you in advance for your feedback.

    If i should move this thread to another place let me know –

    Have a great day
