    Hello,

I have always wanted to invest in Australia. In doing so I realize that I need to get educated.
Are there any Australia specific courses that I should check out?

    Thanks,

    Matt

LOL! You are on one of the 'Guru's' sites. They all have something of value. Steve is about cash flow and commercial, Michael is about the first 15kms of the inner city doesn't matter about cashflow. Margaret Lomas is about cash flow with depreication. Read them all and adapt to suit yourself. No one has the exact answer but a blend is nice.

Yeh Steve’s books are specific to Australia and would make a good start. I have also read almost all of Margaret Lomas’ books and they are pretty good too.

I have found though that the best way to learn is by doing. I have learned so much about trusts, building and pest inspections, contracts, bank loans and other due diligence and purchasing processes just by doing.
