    Hi, who is doing a real good interest rate deal for home loans at the moment? floating.
    And also is there any 6-6.5% fixed for 3 or more years around or what bank would drop around this rate to get the biso

    We fixed for 6.49% for 3 yrs in Aug 2009 but not sure any lenders would be offering that rate now. Some of the mortgage brokers on the forum would be better informed than me tho.

    Minimum 3 year fixed at the mo is around 6.89%

    Days of 6-6.5% have been and gone.
