    Hi,

    New member here, please forgive any questions that may have been asked before.

    I have found a product and bank that will give me a loan in my SMSF to buy commercial property (all legals, deeds included so no need for lawyer).

    All I need now is a good property accountant in Brisbane / Gold Coast to get this done prior to June 30

    Any help would be appreciated

    For Gold Coast strongly recommend Steve Hodgkinson who is a partner at the Gold Business Group.
