    Hi,

    I have found a product and a bank that will lend to my SMSF to buy commercial property (legals, deeds are all taken care of in the product, and bank has the indicative loan approval done).

    I wnat this to happen by June 30 and need a good comm property accountant.

    Any help / contacts in Brisbane or Gold Coast would be appreciated
