Hi, i want to purchase a property and subdivide the land at the back and live in the house. I will recieve the first home owner grant. I will then live in the property while I am subdividing it, but………..can i then sell the newly subdivided land before the 6 months is up?
And, then if I subdivide the land, will I have to pay capital gains on the land?
