    Hi Guys,

    Just wondering what you would do with $400k. This money is availble from a place I just renovated and sold.

    I do not want to renovate for the time being, I would like to buy and hold for our future.

    I would like to strech out and maybe purchase 2 properties or even more if it was possible.

    Does anyone have any good idea's????
