    Hi,

    Has anyone used a solicitor or conveyencer in Western Australia recently for residential conveyancing, and been happy with the service they were provided?

    They were very polite and efficient.

    Having bought five properties in three years, I can strongly recommend BellMac Settlements.  Fantastic service and very competitive price-wise.  And their receptionist Rose is lovely too!  Contact number is (08) 9407 9226.

    We dealt with BellMac twice, the first time was our virgin home so we had no idea. They were super friendly and professional.
