    Hi All – I am exploring renovating full time, I renovated my apartment 6 months ago, didn’t use a builder and did quite well out of it…

    How can I renovate more properties (which will include Structural Work and DA) without using a builder????

    Any advice warmly appreciated…

    Ideally I’d like to manage the trades separately instead of the builder doing this….
