I have recently moved from Adelaide SA to Bendgio Vic and am in need of an accountant that is experienced in residental property and personal taxation.
I currently hold 3 residental properties (2 in SA and 1 in Vic) and need the services of someone whom is good in this area and can offer advice on moving forward into bigger and better profits. As such, I will be looking for advise on various investment structures to minimise tax, equity releases, developments, etc…
ANy recomendations are appreciated. I release pickings might be slim however I would prefer someone within an hour of Bendigo rather than travelling to Melbourne. If no one suitable is available, I will trwal these pages for a N / NE accountancy group.
