    We have already purchased one property in the Point Cook Are in Victoria and are considering purchasing another.  We hve contracted a building company to build us a 4br home on this property.  At this stage we do not know whether to keep the property when its completed or onsell and gain our equity back out of the property.

    What are people thoughts on this?
