    Okay….

Sure, contacting our broker will give us a better indication, but for the time being we are trying to get a vague idea of the breakdown of the potential QBE LMI refund levels.

We know that depending on arrangements between QBE LMI and lenders, some borrowers may be eligible for a

partial refund if the Insured Loan is repaid in full within 12 months of the initial loan settlement date and

QBE LMI is advised within 30 days of discharge.

So we are interested in hearing of anyone who has received a QBE refund (within 12 months) and what % of the initial amount paid after X months?

    Thanks!

Hmmm….the broker has previously indictated the lender (which is BankWest) will give a partial refund within 12 months.
