    Hello,

    I’m currently looking for property cash flow software and there seems to be a few options.

    PIA, Investar, REVIQ and what looks to be a new one http://www.ipropertyco.com

    Can anyone tell me if any of these are better than the other? I’m using the free one on http://www.ipropertyco.com and it seems really good, but would like an opinion from more experienced investors.

    MYOB works for us!

    Maybe there is a more effective tool?
