    how do i attract an investor to buy my house for the full amount i get lots of offers but  they only want to pay percentage of house value now and the rest at a later date what questions should i ask besides are you going to offer the full price for house the way i see it the house is worth  the full amount l up front its on an island in a marina and its cheep

    Uh don't people normally leave a deposit then pay the rest when settlement goes through? Hence 10% upfront and the rest when all the paperwork is sorted.
