    Hi i'm 18

    I have been interested in real estate investing for years now  and especially after reading 0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years but i'm about to go to uni so i proberly wont be investing for a few years so i want to learn as much as possible before starting to invest

    any advise would be much appreciated

    Keeping reading as much as you can, and try to save a deposit as fast as possible. Learn the lending rules and work out how you can qualify. Loans are the key to buying many properties.
