I need to know if anyone has had any experience with good builders in Ipswich QLD as i need somone to manage a IP home reno (weather board cottage) for me.
I am based in WA so am a bit nervous about trusting someone to manage it for me when i am so far away.
I am also in the process of subdividing the block at as well so need to have the reno completed quickly and within budget so i can re-tenant and get cash coming in again.
Any advice will be appreciated.
