My wife and I are both Directors of our Trustee Company, which is Trustee for our family trust.

We want to buy our first IP to put into the Trust.

When we sign all the docs, do we both need to sign (as directors), or is just one director sufficient?

    Cheers!

why have 2 directors? you are just doubling the risk.

Both must sign and both will be required to apply for the loan and act as guarantors.
