    Hi opusca1

    I bought and read the first of Steve's books back in 2004, devoured it in a weekend and found a way forward.
    I then attended some of his events and joined the RESULTS program as a consequence.
    I am an avid reader of all of Steve's stuff, he has a no-nonsense style and his products are always packed with practical exercises, tips and hints.
    I found 0-270 properties a great book also, particularly from the perspective of ramping up my skills and knowledge.
    Steve does not beat around the bush his information and advice in the books is always first class
    Having said all that I do need to let you know I was a contributor to the latest revision of 0-130 properties in 3.5 years so I guess I'm a bit biased about all of the info that Steve puts out :-)

    Warm regards
    Sue

    Hi,

    You won't find $1m in Property… in stores anymore as it is out of print.

    You might get a copy on ebay.

    Suggest you get the revised 0 to 130 which has just been released. Should be in bookstores from this week.

    Also recommend you read:

    * Rich Dad Poor Dad
    * Richest Man In Babalyon
    * You Can Do It
    * Money Secrets Of The Rich

    All the best with your investing.

    Hi I have seen $1million in property at my local library, if you are wanting to read the book as opposed to keeping a copy you may find it at your local library. i like to read a number of different authors and if I find their information of benefit to my style of investing or mindset then I try to buy a copy either thru a regular bookstore or, if out of print, thru ebay or similar sites.

    cheers

    hey thanks for that steve

    I was also wondering where many of your deals interest only? or did you always start with capital repayment?

    I am from the uk and was fortunate to buy a property a few yrs ago before the boom.  I know have $180K equity

    I am goin to invest in uk and oz.  uk very good at minute for discounted 25% deals and cash flow psoitive, a double edged sword so to speak!! However the norm in the uk was interest only mortgages!! this is fine but basically cashflow would last 25 yrs and then end.

    Kind regards  and thanks for taking time to comment on my status, ill certainly order the new addition.  p.s. im also a chartered accountant lol!! amazing how many of us get bored so early in the career!!!

    Opusca1,

    In the early days is was P&I on the basis of 20% down.

    Today, I tend to be involved with more development projects where it is interest only, and the interest is capitalised into the loan balance.

    I'm still a CA… proud of it (just not practising).
