    Hey fellow investors

reading 0-130 properties in 3.5 yrs naturally i was exctioed but also sceptical.

it mentioned thier 1st property was capital repayment, but surely all them cant be?  id they were interest only for say 25 yrs then the 'moeny' trees' die effectively, also if property prices went other way ur in trouble???

Wraps – how do these work? surely the bank owns the hous no matter wat vendors terms are? if ur teennant defualts on a mortgage payment which means u default, the bank takes the house? or am i missing something???

    Hi (again),

Yes – first loans were P&I. In fact, most of the loans done in the early days were 80% LVRs as that is one of the ways that we borrowed so much money.

    In regards to wraps, see:

It's also explained in From 0 to 130…
