    Hi All, I am new to this site so please excuse any mis-appropriate requests or comments

    I work for myself sourcing project stock for fund managers, FP's, institutions etc. Currently I have huge demand for NSW stock from these types of entities. Not one off deals but multiple property purchasers. Distressed stock in NSW is becoming harder to find. Any leads for this type of product would attract a referral fee for yourself.

    Any ideas/leads?

    p.s. Somehow I have a date for this post of 1970????? No idea how that happened . Its 11 nov 2009
