    Hi there,

    I'm planning to enter into a building contract with Trevor Homes in Werribee (VIC). As this is my very first experience building a new home, I would like to find out 2 things:

    (1) Does anyone have any prior experience with this builder? any good or bad experiences to share?

    (2) Anything in particular I need to watchout for in the Bldg Contract? Who typically bears the cost of building permits?

    Appreciate any advice.

    Hi I work for an agency in werribee.

    I have never used trevor homes my self but i know alot of people who have and there great.
    I have heard nothing bad about trevor homes in the area and there starting to become a well known builder around the area.
    In terms of permit cost "etc" just go through the paper work with a conveyancer.
