Howdy All,
Can anyone recommend any companies to go through if looking to buy a House & Land package in Adelaide? I am looking to buy one as an investment and am not too concerned about the build time, but want to use a reputable company that has a great deal of inclusions at a reasonable price.
I'd love to hear any stories people may have about their own experiences with buying off the plan in general. If there is specifically anyone in Adelaide willing to offer some advice on companies they have used with current or recent developments – that would also be greatly appreciated.

Would you look at Melbourne? Pulse research believes this suburb to have better growth prospects that that of Adelaide
