    Hi there
    Does anyone know where I might find a finance partner. I have a few properties in the pipeline which will bring in good +CF returns. Any assitance with this would be really appreciated.

    My next door neighbour finances developments or renovations if the deal can be finished in around six months with his money returned and a substantial profit added to same.

    I don't believe I am allowed to, as it is apparently spruiking for business, which is not allowed on this forum.
    However I can say that if I were to be contacted privately we could discuss deals that are in the range of 10-15% returns.
