ANZ lifting fixed rates!

I also posted this in the general forum, so apologies for a double post, but it's good to get work out!

ANZ are increasing their fixed rates, as of this Monday (17th Aug 09).  You have until 5pm today (Friday) to contact your mortgage broker or bank to lock in a rate under the current rates.

Here is what we've been told the rates are going to:

ANZ Residential 1 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL + 0.10%

ANZ Residential 2 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL + 0.75%

ANZ Residential 3 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL +0.65%

ANZ Residential 4 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL +0.70%

ANZ Residential 5 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL +0.55%

ANZ Residential 7 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL – 0.10%

ANZ Residential 10 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan & RIL – 0.20
