    Can anybody give me a rough estimate on basic timber fencing for a block of land approx 800sqm? Any prices appreciated. Cheers

    It varies from city to city/state to state. What timber – treated pine or hardwood?, concrete to posts or just in contact with ground? Ease of access ie are you going to remove vegetation/trees etc? Who is taking out the old fence?

    Are you getting the neighbours to go halves?

    Have you looked in your local paper for fencing contractors?

    I got a quote in Victoria recently
    I had a quote of $700 for 9.1 mtrs for a removal of old fence and install of new fence. Being treated Pine height 6'4"
    neighbour paid half.

    Get three quotes and then you will know what it might cost.
