    Hey Guys

Just chasing a quick opinion or 3……

Probably missed the boat a little on this one, Locking in my mortgages now. Just curious,

Are people locking in their loans for 3 or 5 years? its about .06% more to fix for the extra 2 years. Will rates be coming back down or still at that peak level. I know its a 'crystal ball' type question but im just looking for other opinions. Im probably favouring the 5 year term at this stage.

    Cheers,

    Mick
