    hi everyone

i have set up a fam trust with a co as the trustee for property investment purpose.

i've borrowed a line of credit loan using my own name against family home for investment purposes but i want trustee to take on all expenses and interest repayments.

although the trustee cannot provide the expenses and interest repayment up front, but it will be trapped within the trust and once the trustee starts to earn positive cashflow, it will hopefully offset the income. it is for taxation purposes.

i have been looking on the net for a precedent loan agreement in this respect but to no avail.

has anyone come across something like this?

    cheers

    pierre

You can probably get one from lawcentral.com.au
