    Hi All,

    Are you happy with your builder?

    Can you recommend a builder in Adelaide for me? I want to have a few courtyard houses built in the northern suburbs (approx 5-10kms from CBD), the land I'm subdividing is almost ready for the construction stage. Have you dealt with a builder that can finish a decent quality product in a short time frame (reasonably priced)? – builder catering for developer/investor needs

    If you're happy with your builder please let me know.

    I've heard of some horror stories, for example a builder taking 2&1/2 years to finish a standard house…stuff that!…I hope to avoid that sort of drama.
