I recently was the highest bidder of a property for sale in Montmorency, a northern Melbourne suburb. Since being successful my circumstances have changed somewhat due tue relying on the proceeds of the sale of my ex partner's property to be able to afford a mortgage on the property. As we are no longer together I find myself in need of an investor who would be interesed in going 'halves' on the property/mortgage. The property is a 5 bedroom, 3 toilet, detached brick house which was bought for $485 000. (approx. 920 sqm. of land) It is most certainly in a livable condition at the moment but I intended to modernise the interior with a view of selling it on down the line with a nice profit (I believe the price I got it for was very good). I consider the property to be a fantastic opportunity for an investment. The settlement is due on 14/8/09 so I am looking for someone who is able to work with that also.
