Just wondering peoples thoughts on a new estate that is in its early stages, Eynesbury? (located near Melton)

I am interested in buying there as I see it having good opportunity for long term growth.

It is being built around an existing golf course, which is one of the better golf courses in Western Melbourne im told.

Has long term plans for schools/shopping etc within the estate. Closest town is Melton about 5 mins away from train station.

With new ring road, is about 30-35 mins to Melb, 15 mins to Werribee, 30 mins to Geelong.

Has a lot of park areas as well as a State forest or similar on surrounds.

It is up to its second or third stage of land releases, wondering if anyone has bought/is considering investing there?

    Cheers

The time taken to drive is going to increase in the future as more of these developments are created thus putting more traffic on the roads to melbourne in peak hours.
