    Hallo everyone

    I am thinking to buy a property using my family trust.  in the offer and acceptance, should i add "As Trustee for xxx Family Trust" after the name of the buyer?

    please let me know.

    Yes – normally would read John & Mary Smith ATF Smith Family Trust.

    Of course if the Trustee is a Pty Ltd Company then it would read XYZ Pty Ltd ATF XYZ Family Trust.

    Quickie in regards to this… what would then appear on the title document? The Company name or the whole spiel?
