Can anybody reccommend a good accountant in Perth? What I'm looking for is someone who shares a passion for real estate and is a seasoned investor. I have been investing for a few years now but still need direction in the form of trusts etc. So far most of the companies I have contacted either have a very laid back approach or their staff have only been out of uni 3-4 years, not that there is anything wrong with that but I want an accountant that knows the "ins and outs"of property investing and even has a few of their own properties.

Do offer some well marketed products at well marketable prices, every time I have tried to enquire about the different products from Chan & Naylor I am encouraged (no other option) to sign up for the $ 400 health check-up. I have also dealt with them on other matters and there seems to be a problem with returning phone calls, and staff always being in a meeting?
Maybe if I spend the $ 400 I will get a returned phone call
I have been using a company in Perth for about 7 years now. I have bought and sold a number of properties and found them to be very helpful, switched on and pro-active with their advice.
They are a mature accounting company in Marmion, but also provide a mobile service. They are not a cheap accounting company – but you get what you pay for. They have always provided me with sound advice and they have a range of specialists they can refer you to for the rest of your investing needs.
