There are no set parameters for fixing prices. Rates primarily depends upon the location, demand, expected escalation of prices in neighborhood area, developments and the area (covered and open) etc.  Some old property may cost more than new property. Is it wise to invest in old property and to renovate it for residential cum commercial use?
