    Tenants in NSW are to be given one month's notice (and free rent) when the bank forecloses on loans. SMH
    What the article doesn't raise is that lessors, who are already in difficulty as the banks have foreclosed, will be further in debt as there will be no rent (although they still own the property whilst they are in breach).

    Is this positive move for tenants going to send more landlords to the wall when relying on the rent?
