    Hi All,

    I have been reading Robert Allens books reagrding Nothing Down deals for real estate and I see some merit in his ideas.  I am wondering if their is anyone =who has had success with these deals or anybody can suggest some good reading in relation to the real estate market in Australia?

    Also,  has anybody had experience with his mentoring program.  A guy on the phone from his office mentioned their was a team here in Oz working together on his program.  I would love to here from you!!

    Never heard of him but No money deals in Oz in the current climate are almost impossible unless you are referring to Call Options and even then you will need some money down.
