Hello Steve and others,
I just wanted to congratulate you on a well executed and informative video. I believe the advise you gave is both wise and accurate of the near and not far far away future.
I recently read chapter 6 of Robert Kiyosaki new book which I also believe has some great tips for our future including property and cash flow ideas in business.
